1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UnityIDE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

UnityIDE provides a cloud-based integrated development environment (IDE) that allows account owners to host source code and manage developer permissions (View/Code/Edit).

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Code Ownership: You represent that you own or have the necessary licenses for the source code uploaded to the platform.

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use UnityIDE to host malicious code, malware, or any content that violates intellectual property rights or local laws in the UK or KSA.

  • Permission Management: The account owner is solely responsible for the granular permissions granted to third-party developers (freelancers). Novel Cloud Systems LTD is not liable for actions taken by users you have authorized.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: The UnityIDE platform, interface, and technology are the exclusive property of Novel Cloud Systems LTD.

  • Your Property: Novel Cloud Systems LTD claims no ownership over the source code or data you upload. We only store and process it to provide the service.

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are billed based on the selected subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of non-payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novel Cloud Systems LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For services provided through the Saudi branch, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply to local transactions and data protection.
