Project Data: Source code, configuration files, and metadata uploaded to the IDE. Note: We act as a Data Processor for your project code.
Usage Data: IP addresses, browser type, session duration, and activity logs within the IDE for security and audit purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the UnityIDE service.
To manage granular permissions (View/Code permissions) as requested by the account owner.
To ensure security, prevent fraud, and provide audit trails for your freelance collaborations.
To comply with legal obligations in the UK and Saudi Arabia.
3. Data Storage and International Transfers
Data may be stored on secure servers located in the UK, EU, or Saudi Arabia. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may transfer data between our UK headquarters and Saudi branch. We ensure all transfers meet the "Standard Contractual Clauses" required by the GDPR and the data transfer regulations of the PDPL.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Access to your source code is restricted via Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and is never accessed by our staff unless explicitly authorized for technical support.
